Cancellation & Refund
We believe in supporting our customers as much as possible and have therefore established a liberal cancellation policy.
How to Cancel an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.
Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before the product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount to your original payment method.
- Cancellations After Shipping:
- Once a product has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for a standard cancellation.
- If you have already received the product, it will only be eligible for a replacement if a defect is found.
Returns & Replacements
- 30-Day Window: We issue refunds or replacements for products received back at our facility within 30 days.
- Postal Delays: If a shipment reaches us after 30 days due to unavoidable reasons (such as postal delays), we will address the situation on a case-to-case basis.
- Return Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not refund postage expenses for returning goods; these costs must be borne by the customer.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are not possible in the following cases:
- The product has been used.
- The return request is made outside the specified timeframe.
- The product has tampered or missing serial numbers, price tags, or labels.
- There is physical damage to the product or its original box.
- The product is returned without all original packaging and accessories (manuals, cables, etc.).
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. You can expect the refund within 10 working days from the date the order cancellation is confirmed.
Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
If you receive a product in poor condition or if the packaging is damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.
